Claims of any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 15 days of receipt. We will issue you a refund or exchange on the items provided they have not been worn, used or washed. Refunds are not accepted on merchandise which is a special order or has been screenprinted or embroidered unless garments have manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed. We reserve the right to inspect all defective merchandise before an exchange will be made. Please call before returning any merchandise so we can issue a return authorization.
